Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship across the EU from our partner facility in Europe. Every order is made up and packed within about 2 working days and usually arrives 3–6 working days later. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over €50 within the EU. Below that, you pay the carrier rate for your country (from €5.75), shown at checkout before you pay.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. Every Maera formula is vegan and never tested on animals. Several products are COSMOS Natural or COSMOS Organic certified by Ecocert; you'll find the details on each product page.
Which moisturizer is right for me?
Dry or stressed skin: Ceramide Barrier Night Cream.
AM and PM in one cream: Peptide Ageless AM/PM Cream.
Combination or oily skin: Niacinamide Gel Moisturiser.
Sensitive, redness-prone skin: Sensitive Skin Moisturiser (fragrance free).
Rough skin on the body: Urea Body Cream.
Can I return my order?
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we can only take back unopened products with the seal intact. If anything arrives damaged or isn't right, email support@maera.beauty with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.
