Terms of service

Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed on maera.beauty. Maera is operated by Titas Kubilius ("Maera", "we", "us"). You can reach us at support@maera.beauty.

1. Orders and contract

Product pages are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. When you place an order you make an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price is clearly wrong; if we do, we refund any payment in full.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include any applicable taxes. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order, using the payment methods offered at checkout.

3. Made to order and delivery

Each product is labelled and packed for your order by our production partner in Europe and shipped within the EU. Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping policy. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered.

4. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, as explained in our Refund policy. For hygiene reasons, cosmetics that have been opened or whose seal is broken cannot be returned unless faulty.

5. Product use

Our products are cosmetics for external use only. Read the ingredient list (INCI) on the product page and packaging before use, do a patch test if you have sensitive skin, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Our product descriptions are not medical advice.

6. Warranty and liability

Your statutory rights as a consumer apply. If a product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us and we will replace it or refund you. We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health; otherwise our liability is limited as far as the law allows.

7. Personal data

We process your data to handle your order, as described in our Privacy policy.

8. Disputes and applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of Lithuania. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and generally not willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board, but we are always happy to solve problems directly by email.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
