Returns & right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

How to withdraw

Tell us within 14 days by emailing support@maera.beauty with your order number (a clear statement is enough). We'll reply with the return address. Please send the products back within 14 days of telling us.

Hygiene exception

For health and hygiene reasons, cosmetics can only be returned unopened, with their seal intact. Products that have been opened or used can't be returned unless they are faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive the return, we refund the price of the products and the standard shipping cost of your original order within 14 days, using the original payment method. The cost of sending the return is paid by you.

Damaged or wrong items

If a product arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't need to pay anything for the return.
